Service Description
BrytePath Roadside Assistance will use jumper cables or a portable jump starter to the dead battery and a power source—usually another vehicle’s battery—to deliver the necessary electrical charge. Once the engine starts, the vehicle’s alternator takes over to recharge the battery. This service is essential for getting a vehicle back on the road quickly and safely.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit: The charge of $75 dollars is a security deposit fee to hold your service. There may be additional charges. Please call if you have any questions. For customers who request one-time or on-demand roadside assistance, cancellations are handled as follows: Free Cancellation: You may cancel your service request by calling us provided a technician has not yet been dispatched. Partial Refund or Fee: If a technician has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of $75 may apply to cover time and travel costs. No Refund: If the technician has arrived on-site, or service has begun, no refund will be issued. Refunds or fee waivers due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., emergency situations, billing errors) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss.
